Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran people analytics dalam meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan strategis di perusahaan yang mengalami  transformasi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 manajer SDM dari berbagai perusahaan yang telah menerapkan transformasi digital, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS untuk menguji hubungan antar konstruk dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap penerapan people analytics dengan nilai path coefficient 0.42, dan people analytics berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan strategis dengan nilai path coefficient 0.60. Temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa penerapan teknologi digital dan analisis data dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dalam MSDM. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan people analytics dapat meningkatkan efektivitas keputusan strategis berbasis data. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya penerapan people analytics dalam transformasi digital MSDM untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang lebih akurat dan efisien
